Microscope Electronics Box

The Dimension Icon Microscope Electronics Box controls switching between the different operating modes and amplifies and combines signals from the photodiodes as appropriate. See Dimension Icon Electronics Box Connections for a complete description of the Electronics Box connections.

The Dimension Icon Microscope Electronics box houses circuit boards to control signals from the SPM scanner and (optional) applications modules. It is located underneath the microscope, bolted to the vibration isolation table.
